What does the Caller Pay?
Anyone who calls your virtual number is responsible for local charges assessed by their telecom provider for dialing your virtual number. Many telecom providers these days, however, have unlimited calling plans for domestic/local calls. The cost incurred by your customers - assuming that the number they are dialing is "local" to them - should be minimal, if anything.
If your calling is dialing your virtual telephone number from another country, he/she will incur whatever charges their long distance provider assesses for making an international direct dial (IDD) call.
If you opt for getting a toll free number, the caller will incur no charges.
What does the Account Holder Pay?
As the account holder, you pay the rate of forwarding your call from your virtual number or toll free number to the "ring to" number (or destination number) that you have selected. The rate depends on the monthly plan (i.e., Basic Value, Power, Premium or Enterprise) that you select when setting up the account. Your "ring to" number may be a PBX, fixed land line, mobile phone or even a VoIP/SIP address. You may change the "ring to" number to another number via online account management.
Customers can make payment via major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), PayPal, wire transfer, bank checks, money order or Western Union Quick Pay. Each month you will receive an electronic invoice by E-mail that lists the complete call details of every Global Call Forwarding number you have. Your invoice includes your payment details as well as quick reminders of new features to our services. Please note that invoice via E-mail is our standard invoice delivery method and is free of charge. However, you may choose to receive your invoices by mail at an additional fee.
