Rollover Minutes
Once you open an account with us, you can upgrade your Call Forwarding plan and "carry over" your unused minutes from one month to the next.  The Rollover Minutes feature is an optional feature.

Advanced Forwarding
This feature allows you to forward your incoming calls to different phone numbers in India (or elsewhere) at different times of the day, depending on your weekly schedule.  
For example, you can set up your number in a way that allows calls made in the morning between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM to be forwarded to your office lines.  From 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, calls could be forwarded to your cell phone.  After 10:00 PM until the following morning at 10:00 AM, calls could go directly to voice mail.   You could also divert all calls to your voice mail during the weekend. Advanced Forwarding combinations
are unlimited, so you can create the Advanced Forwarding rule that bests fits your needs in forwarding your calls to India.

Advanced IVR/PBX
The Advanced IVR or Interactive Voice Response feature allows you to set up a greeting system to manage the incoming calls via a telephone keypad. The Advance IVR enables your organization to lower costs and improve customer service. In addition to the IVR feature, you can take advantage of our free PBX service, which allows you to set a private telephone network to connect the incoming calls with any internal telephone extension within your company.
Sequential Forwarding
In case the main number you will answer may be busy or may not be always attended to take the call, you can enter up to four (4) back up phone numbers to take the call.  So, when a call is made to your toll free or local number, if the
main number does not answer in certain number of seconds (you can also set this grace period), the service instantly dials the next failover number in the system.   If  that number does not answer, then it goes to 3rd.  If no answer or busy, it can dial to a 4th number.


Black and White Lists
This feature permits you to create Black and White phone numbers list based on area codes or phone numbers.  The system will automatically reject the incoming calls from the area codes or phone numbers that are included in the 'Black List'.  The system will only connect the incoming calls from the area codes or phone numbers programmed in the 'White List.'

Local Ring Tones

This feature enables you to assign a specific local ring tone from over 40 countries for your number. We have 40 unique ring tones used by all the countries of the world. All you need to do is to assign the ring tone that works for you.

Simultaneous Ringing
With this feature you can forward calls from your local or toll free number to two or more phone numbers.  These numbers will ring at the same time and the system will automatically connect the call to the first number that takes the call.

This feature maximizes the benefits of your Local or Toll Free Forwarding Number. Activating the Forward-Fax feature will enable your Local or Toll Free Forwarding Number to receive and forward faxes directly to your email as an image file. Please note that a successful fax transmission depends on many factors and some numbers may not be suitable for this feature. Please check the Forwarding-Fax feature availability at the view rate page before purchasing a number for this specific purpose.

Customized Greeting
This feature permits you to record a personalized greeting for your system to let your callers know that they will soon be connected with your phone number. Every time someone dials your local or toll free number, they will listen to your custom greeting message while the system connects the call. For example, if you record 'Welcome to Innovative Software Solutions, please wait while we connect your call', then this message will be played right after a caller dials your local or toll free number.

Voicemail and VM to E-mail
When activated, 'Voicemail' will answer if your existing phone is busy or does not answer. You can also activate the 'Do Not Disturb' option which automatically sends every call to your voice mail. To access your recorded messages, just dial your Global Call Forwarding number and go to your voice mail menu. You can also use the Voicemail to Email feature to access your recorded messages from your smart phone or computer. 

Select Country Forwarding
This feature is available with our Advanced IVR and enables you to forward calls from a predefined country code to a specific phone number. With this feature you can route the calls coming from different countries to specific phone numbers. For example: forward calls from Spain to a call center with Spanish speaker agents.

Account Management
We offer you an easy to use Customer Control Panel to manage your account, change account settings, add services, set up or modify the advanced features, change your ring-to numbers, set up your call forwarding preferences, view up-to-date invoices, and view call details-- including date, time, phone numbers, and duration. You can access your Control Panel from any computer, anytime, anywhere.
